Where We've Been
Sure House began by distributing food, blankets, and clothing to people experiencing housing insecurity.

Our outings were planned on a regular basis and included both Philadelphia and Camden, NJ.

A distinctive of Sure House's ministry is ensuring each individual receives personal engagement for encouragement and prayer.

I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From where does my help come?
My help comes from the LORD,
who made heaven and earth.
Psalm 121:1–2
Where We Are Now
Sure House is in a growing stage. It is our desire to provide greater services to more people, with our focus being South Jersey. While continuing to meet basic needs of people in Camden on a regular basis, we want to do more.

In early 2023, Sure House began the Community Cafe project in partnership with FUMC of Williamstown. The goal of the Community Cafe is to provide a home-cooked meal to anyone whether they are facing hardship, or simply need a friend.

We are looking to begin more Community Cafes in other locations soon.

We also want to be a resource to local churches in Gloucester County, raising awareness of housing insecurity and those in dire need. We desire to support the church in Jesus' mission to provide compassionate and sacrificial care to people facing hardship.
Where We're Going
We are looking to expand our activities by training those facing housing insecurity in basic skills.

Our goal is to go into the depth of each individual’s problems to get to the root cause of their distress. From there, we can help with building people up toward self-reliance. All along the way we continue to show people the surpassing worth of knowing Jesus Christ by faith.

We plan to open a transitional living facility to help accomplish our goals. We ask you to continue to pray that God would provide the right location to open the facility.

Our desire is to grow and be able to service more complex challenges as our experience allows.
